Interviewer

Thanks for joining. Can you walk me through what happens after a customer call ends?

Maya

I run about three interviews a week. Right after each one I write a few lines, but the real work starts when someone asks for a quote.

Maya

I don't need it to read beautifully. I need to know where each line was said, so I can play it back before I share it.

Interviewer

How do you find that moment today?

Maya

I scrub through the recording. On a long call that can take longer than the call itself.
